Horizontal window blinds are known for their variable light control. By tilting the metal slats, you can achieve the desired amount of light at any time. We also offer a special MagnaView® feature for those who like the view outside their window. These blinds have twice the view-through of the regular aluminum blinds. If keeping the light out is more your style you can make use of the de-Light™ feature which eliminates cord holes allowing less light seepage and keeping your rooms darker and more private.

Metal window blinds offer style options that just aren’t available with wooden or faux-wood blinds. With just under 100 different finish choices there is bound to be something to match your style. If you want that classic metal look there are matte, metallic, brushed, opalescent, and pearlescent finish options. If you are looking for something more natural, we offer both marble and Riverstone® finishes. For those who thrive on color, our solid finishes come in fifty-four different hues ranging from soft whites, off-whites, and beiges all the way to bright reds, greens, and blues.

Additional Customization

Beyond the choice of material and finish, we also offer a wide selection of decorative tapes. These fabric strips cover the threaded part of the blind slats and come in multiple colors and patterns. They are the perfect way to accent your window or match interior decorations. But the customization options don’t stop there. We can customize your metal blinds for different window shapes and sizes. These blinds are a great option for bay and corner windows, sidelights, and French doors.

Easy Lift & Lower

Your blinds are only as good as the operating system used to raise and lower them. At Beginning to End, we want you to get as much joy from using your blinds as you do from looking at them. This is why we offer four different operation options for the Modern Precious Metals® Aluminum Blinds.

There is the classic Standard Cordlock system, a cord-based system that allows you to lock your window treatments exactly where you want them. For those with pets and children, this system comes with cord cleats so you can easily store the cords out of reach and in danger.

If you’re looking to be rid of cords, we offer the SimpleLift™ and LiteRise® operating systems. Both systems allow you to raise and lower your shades by pushing up and pulling down on the lower rail. The SimpleLift™ system has a button that keeps the rail locked in place while the LiteRise® system uses a special proprietary design to hold the blinds securely in any position.

For the next step in easy window treatment operation, there is the innovative Hunter Douglas PowerView® system. Eliminating the need for you to use lift cords to raise and lower or even wands to angle your blinds, the PowerView® is a fully automated operating system. You can program your blinds to open and close on a specific schedule, even when you’re away on vacation. Let a little extra light in for reading using the Pebble® Remote Control or shut the blinds completely for a nap by using voice control when PowerView® is integrated with Amazon Alexa, Siri®, or Google Home. The entire system can be run and programmed from the PowerView® App.
